A big part of having a successful experience in therapy is taking the work we do in session into our daily lives. Whether it's grounding exercises, illuminating books, or creative projects, there's so much we can do on our own time that is supportive.

Feel free to use the resources below if you feel they might be helpful. (This page is a new project, so bear with me while I work on adding more resources over time!)

Grounding Exercises
Grounding exercises are a simple and effective way to bring more peace into your life. If we carry trauma or chronic stress, our nervous system can get stuck in a state of fight, flight, and feeze. When we ground ourselves, we teach our body how to more easily shift into states of calm and safety. Please try out my personal recordings of my all-time favourite grounding exercises...

Books That Help
If you like to read, there are so many great books that can help you to better understand yourself. I am a book nerd, and always have a psychology book of some sort on the go. Check out some of my all-time favourites that have guided my work as a therapist. Many of my clients have read and loved these book as well...
