$175 per 60 minute session

Choosing a counsellor is an important decision. I offer a free consultation by phone or online so you can ask questions and decide whether we're a good fit before booking your first session.

Insurance

Many extended health plans cover services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), including providers such as Blue Cross, Greenshield Canada, Great-West Life, and Sun Life.

Please check with your benefits provider to confirm your coverage for a Registered Clinical Counsellor.

Payment is made directly to me by e-transfer, online credit card after our session, or with cash or cheque during our session. I will provide an emailed receipt that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

Reduced-Rate Coverage

Reduced-rate counselling may be available through:

Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP)
First Nations Health Authority (FNHA)
Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC)

I also reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spaces based on financial need.
